Job Description
As a Procurement Manager, you will be managing the sourcing, negotiation, and management of service providers for outsourced services. You will also support the client or department in developing and executing sourcing and procurement strategies.
Responsibilities
- Conduct a comprehensive review of tender documents to fully understand the scope of work, contractual obligations, key performance indicators, required OEMs and specialists, pricing structure, and quality submission requirements.
- Negotiate contracts and commercial terms with suppliers to secure favorable agreements.
- Tender bid quotations from OEMs / Specialists / Vendors:
- Solicit & obtain the required quotations.
- Ensure vendor’s quoted pricing is as per the specified scope of works in the tender document.
- Ensure any exclusion clause / caveat stated in the quotation has been reviewed.
- Keep proper documentation of all final quotations received. ...
