Responsibilities



  • Lead procurement, import/export, and administrative functions to ensure smooth operations.

  • Develop and implement SOPs and internal policies; supervise and guide team members.

  • Define and execute annual KPIs to drive continuous improvement.

  • Coordinate with internal departments and ensure cross-functional alignment.

  • Serve as the key liaison for discussions and communications with headquarters.


Qualifications



  • Bachelor's degree in business or relevant field, with at least 10 years in procurement or administrative roles.

  • Mandarin proficiency is highly preferred, as the position involves frequent coordination and reporting to the Taiwan headquarters and Mandarin-speaking clients.
