  • Procurement activities for civil works, infrastructure development projects and facility management services within procurement.
  • New Supplier developments for specialized and one time business requirements.
  • Manage end to end procurement requests
  • Drive Cost optimization & Efficiency improvement initiatives
    • Desired Profile
  • At least 7 years' experience in indirect and services procurement
  • Should have hands-on experience in negotiating with Builders/Investors, Civil Vendors, professional agencies
  • Able to build, influence and maintain effective and productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Knowledge of sourcing and procurement techniques
