We're seeking an exceptional design leader to manage and guide a team of talented multidisciplinary designers in one of the fastest growing tech startups of the nation to drive it towards becoming the best design team in the industry.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Manage the team and the work
Own a team of multi-disciplinary designers consisting of product designers, visual designers, visual communication designers and researchers. Along with the design leads, manage various design projects and their priorities. Help the team in resolving blockers. Ensure the output meets business goals, deadlines and the quality bar. Shape up product direction and drive design-led projects
