Manager Product Development Engineering

**The PRDE Manger **supports, promotes, and increases profitable revenue growth while creating value for our customers providing professional guidance to the Product Development Engineers and Project Managers/Coordinators, as well as competitive quotes to our customers and sales organization, this position continuously works in improving our tools and processes as well as manage the execution of projects in the factory in Cd. Juarez.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s Degree required.
- 4+ years’ experience managing engineering teams and projects or programs
- Experience in mechanical engineering process and design
- Experience with Design for Manufacturing and Design for Assembly
- Experience with metal mechanic processes such as brazing, welding, CNC, and reflow soldering
