Job Description
* $168,512.00 per annum + 12% superannuation
* Full Time, ongoing position
* Wadawurrung/Geelong based role (Hybrid work from home – 3 days a week in office)
Key accountabilities
* Lead the planning and delivery of an integrated roadmap of strategic initiatives, in partnership with Executive leaders and Strategic Delivery stakeholders, executing on deliverables that underpin the WorkSafe's Strategic Plan. With clear business change management and adoption strategies integrated throughout delivery
* Establish and maintain clear line of sight from project deliverables to intended business benefits and outcomes, with measurable success criteria, benefits realisation planning, and post-implementation reviews to validate value delivery and inform continuous improvement
