JOB TASKS AND SPECIFICATIONS

  • Strategic Relationship Management: Acting as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) to nurture long-term relationships with large multinational corporations (MNCs).
  • Operational Excellence: Monitoring daily operations to ensure service delivery aligns with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Project & Solution Design: Developing customized, cost-optimized, and value-based supply chain solutions (air freight, sea freight, warehousing).
  • Performance Reviews: Conducting Monthly Business Reviews (MBR) and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR) with clients.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience: Generally requires 5+ years of account management experience within logistics.
  • Expertise: Deep understanding of warehouse operations and supply chain management.
  • Skills: Strong analytical skills, proficiency in MS Office, good communication skills and stakeholder management skills, able to work independently.
  • Education: A degree in a relevant field (Logistics, Business).
