Planning Project Resources: Making a feasible plan that achieves the goals and objectives of the project Part of the plan is defining the projects scope and determining what resources are available, estimating time and financial commitment, as well as how to monitor and report on the projects progress. Assembling and Leading Project Team: Identifying the resources to complete the project tasks, which includes skilled and experienced workers Assigning the team tasks and deadlines, give them the tools to collaborate and get status updates to chart their progress. Time Management: Work towards meeting the project deadline must also define, schedule and accurately estimate the task duration to develop and maintain a realistic schedule. Budget: Figuring out what the realistic funding for the project is, and having that get accepted and then keeping the project expenses within the budget limits Get your stakeholder their deliverables on time, Making an accurate estimate and monitor the actual spend as compared to the planned budget. If those figures are off, must adjust accordingly. Quality and Satisfaction: To deliver to the stakeholders what they are expected or better and make sure that theyre satisfied with the results. To be in constant communication with them, reporting on progress and being open to their feedback to keep them happy and coming back to you with future projects. Manage Issues and Risk: PM needs to be ready to resolve any problems that may arise in the project, so as they dont take your project off-track. To foresee the risks, which are potential problems, ones that have yet to occur or might not-ever. Regardless, the PM must figure out beforehand what the risks are and set in place a plan of action if they in fact occur. Monitoring Progress: To make sure a project is progressing as planned, must constantly measure it and compare those metrics against the plan created Must have a way to collect project data, such as status reports from the team, to see if the actual progress of the project is meeting what was initially planned In the event any changes in the project along the way will have to adjust or reallocate resources to accommodate these changes Requirements Should have been working in the AMI (Advanced Metering Infrastructure) projects for minimum of latest 8-12 years Should have worked in the Utility Domain Should poses excellent; communication (written and oral), customer handling, people management, project management and professional behavior Should be excellent in MIS, Dashboards, proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, Power Point (PPTs)and project management documentation which includes; Requirement gathering, BusinessProcess Document (BPD), Quality Management processes and tracking, SDLC & STLC processes Flexible with travel on need basis

Key Responsibilities: Develop detailed project plans, including defining the scope, objectives, timeline, budget, and resource allocation for the AMISP project. Establish project goals, milestones, and deliverables, ensuring they align with both business and client objectives. Monitor and track project progress, ensuring that activities stay on schedule, within budget, and meet quality standards. Identify potential project risks and issues and develop strategies to mitigate their impact on the project’s timeline and deliverables. Regularly communicate with stakeholders to provide status updates, report on risks or issues, and suggest corrective actions when necessary. Coordinate resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, ensuring optimal use of assets to achieve project success. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and key stakeholders to promote collaboration and ensure alignment with project goals. Develop and manage the project budget, ensuring that expenses are monitored and controlled within the approved limits. Track and control any changes to the project scope, ensuring they are documented, reviewed, and approved through formal change control processes. Ensure that all project deliverables meet quality standards, client expectations, and regulatory requirements. Proactively address conflicts or challenges within the project team or with external stakeholders to keep the project on track. Manage project documentation, ensuring that records of project decisions, changes, and milestones are organized and accessible. Facilitate regular project meetings, including status updates, risk assessments, and issue resolution discussions with the project team and stakeholders. Ensure effective communication across all project stakeholders, facilitating clear and transparent information flow at all project stages. Provide leadership and motivation to the project team, fostering an environment of focus, productivity, and enthusiasm for project goals. Track and report on key project performance metrics, including cost, time, quality, and resource utilization, to ensure continuous improvement and effective project delivery. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus). Proven experience (10+ years) in project management, ideally in the AMISP or infrastructure sector. Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead diverse teams and collaborate with various stakeholders. Proficient in project management software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera, etc.). Ability to manage budgets, timelines, resources, and risks effectively. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Experience in managing large-scale infrastructure or technical projects is preferred.
