Job Description

1. Study the requirement from specification, drawings & standard

2. Study all technical requirement 

3. Coordination with internal stakeholders e.g. Marketing, Design, Quality, Supply chain , Production

4.Organise kick of meeting, Planning & Scheduling (prepare plans in MS project and upload plans in concerto), Budgeting Project monitoring & reviews

5.Prepare & communicate status report

6.Customer interaction 

7. Time Management. Scope Management

8. Risk Management (Identify Potential Risks, Mitigation& Contingency plans)

9. Negotiation (handling conflicts / priorities)

10.Adaptability (adjusting to the changes)

11. Procurement (BOM details consolidation, submit PPO to Supply chain , co-ordinate with supply chain for placement of PO's, ensure time receipt of full kits )

12. Production reviews(submit the full kit details to production team, monitor the production progress and ensure timely completion)

13. Handling the complete execution cycle (form project initiation to 100% completion of contract)
