<div style="text-align: center;"><u><b>Manager - Project Delivery - Electrical</b></u></div> <div style="text-align: center;"> </div> <div>Responsibility of end to end construction of Data Centers. Will be responsible for all technical execution, project implementation, and completion of designated project within pre-specified cost, design, quality and safety requirements.<br /> Will be in-charge of leading the best practices for Project Construction, Quality, Safety with MEP standards for design and construction:</div> <div> </div> <div><b>Construction</b></div> <ul> <li>Lead and support in development and implementation global safety standards and safe work culture at all projects. </li> <li>Support in all necessary regulatory & environmental clearances for projects.</li> <li>Manage the compliance of project execution activities.</li> <li>Ensure that a culture of safety is created within the business and that there are zero accidents.</li> <li>Perform regular site walks to observe progress, review construction versus design intent, and flag potential concerns for engineering review.</li> <li>Be a person of integrity, be methodical, detailed-oriented with an excellent work ethic.</li> <li>Facilitate and participate in a close working relationship with all STTGDC site personnel attending construction-based quality and assurance meetings, attend schedule and milestone review sessions, close monitoring of overall project</li> <li>management, Electrical, and Electrical Power Monitoring Systems (EPMS) related risk items with the Architectural Engineering (AE) subject matter experts (SMEs).</li> </ul> <div><b>MEP Engineering Management:</b></div> <ul> <li>Oversee the development, review, and submission of all engineering deliverables (e.g., shop drawings, technical submittals, material approvals, calculations) in line with project schedules.</li> <li>Approve MEP-related technical documents, ensuring compliance with project specifications and standards.</li> <li>Oversee the on-site installation of MEP systems, ensuring work aligns with project specifications and local codes.</li> <li>Experience reviewing construction drawings, project specifications, and equipment submittals against construction activities to track progress and review potential issues.</li> <li>Experience with the design and operation of air handlers, pumps, chillers, fans, and other mechanical systems. </li> <li>Working knowledge of Building Automation Systems (BAS), Direct-Digital Control (DDC), and Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC).</li> </ul> <div><u><b>Site Coordination and Execution:</b></u></div> <div> </div> <ul> <li>Lead the coordination of MEP systems on-site, addressing cross-disciplinary conflicts and technical challenges.</li> <li>Attend coordination meetings with project teams and ensure MEP works progress as per schedule.</li> <li>Review and verify construction plans and shop drawings for accuracy before installation.</li> <li>Ensure timely availability of materials and equipment for MEP installations.</li> <li>Provide technical guidance on site logistics, ensuring proper material storage and installation sequencing.</li> </ul> <div> <div><b>Risk Management:</b></div> <ul> <li>Work with project management to assess and manage high-level technical risks, ensuring strategies are in place for resolution.</li> <li>Conduct regular risk assessments and update the project team on potential challenges.<br /> </li> </ul> <div><b>Quality Control and Compliance:</b></div> <ul> <li>Ensure the quality and consistency of MEP installations through regular inspections and adherence to design documents.</li> <li>Provide guidance on quality control procedures, ensuring compliance with industry standards and project requirements.</li> <li>Verify that all MEP installations comply with safety regulations and building codes, with a focus on health and safety.</li> <li>Ensure capital plant items meet project requirements and conduct necessary factory inspections.<br /> </li> </ul> <div><b>Procurement and Vendor Management:</b></div> <ul> <li>Oversee the procurement of MEP materials and services, ensuring alignment with technical, cost, and quality objectives.</li> <li>Resolve technical issues during the procurement phase and manage material lead times.</li> <li>Review material submittals and shop drawings from suppliers, ensuring compliance with project specifications.<br /> </li> </ul> <div><b>Team and Subcontractor Management:</b></div> <ul> <li>Lead, mentor, and manage a team of engineers, BIM modelers, and subcontractors.</li> <li>Set performance goals for senior engineers and oversee subcontractor relationships to ensure high-quality, timely engineering deliverables.</li> <li>Provide on-site technical support to resolve challenges.<br /> </li> </ul> <div><b>Cost Control and Project Budgeting:</b></div> <ul> <li>Collaborate with project management to control MEP costs, identifying opportunities for savings while maintaining quality.</li> <li>Monitor performance against established budgets and initiate corrective actions as needed.<br /> </li> </ul> <div><b>Testing, Commissioning, and Handover:</b></div> <ul> <li>Coordinate with testing and commissioning teams to ensure MEP systems meet performance criteria and ensure</li> <li>commissioning is completed adhering levels of commissioning stages.</li> <li>Manage the handover process, ensuring all documentation, warranties, and manuals are in place.<br /> </li> </ul> <div><b>Key Competencies:</b><br /> </div> <ul> <li>In-depth knowledge of Electrical Systems, HV, MV distribution and ELV systems, AIS, GIS substation execution.</li> <li>Expertise in interpreting engineering drawings, submittals, and specifications.</li> <li>Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, BIM tools, and project management software.</li> <li>Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills.</li> <li>Experience in risk, quality, and cost control, with a focus on client satisfaction.</li> </ul> <div> </div> <div> </div> <div><u><b>Skills/Experience</b></u></div> <div> <ul> <li>Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical Engineering</li> <li>Min of 10 -15 years' experience in large scale projects,Data Centre experience.</li> <li>Execution Focus</li> <li>Performance and
