Job Description :

1.? ? ? ? ? ? Establish
timely Project site control as defined norms and plan comprising of the
following major items:

a.? ? ? ? ? ? ? Location
land purchase/ lease along with the pathways, including all legal and statutory
compliance.

b.? ? ? ? ? ? Purchase of pooling substation land.

c.? ? ? ? ? ? Facilitate in obtaining state nodal agency
approvals, wherever applicable, in co-ordination with state liaison team.

d.? ? ? ? ? ? Facilitate in obtaining power evacuation
permission, as applicable, in co-ordination with central and state teams.

2.? ? ? ? ? ? Arrange
any other required lands as per company needs.

3.? ? ? ? ? ? Creating
and implementing an effective land purchase strategy and protect sites from
competitors.

4.? ? ? ? ? ? Obtain
all applicable statutory permissions like railway crossing, NH/SH crossing,
village panchayat NOCs, CRZ permissions, etc; in co-ordination with the state
and central teams.

5.? ? ? ? ? ? Responsible
for making required applications at State level for requisite approvals/
permissions to achieve targeted control/ creation.

6.? ? ? ? ? ? Obtaining
No Objection Certificate from Ministry of Defence, as applicable, in
co-ordination with State and Central team.

7.? ? ? ? ? ? Obtaining
No Objection Certificate from Airport Authority of India as applicable in
co-ordination with State and Central Teams.

8.? ? ? ? ? ? Continual
and pro-active monitoring and update of competitor developments in the project
vicinity.

9.? ? ? ? ? ? Develop
and maintain harmonious relationships with all the local stakeholders upto
state level.

10.? ? Establish
and maintain strong liaison network and working relationship with the local
administrative authorities.

11.? ? Ensure
smooth handover of developed sites to the project team.

12.? ? Ensure
due-diligence (through Legal) related to land-documentation etc to mitigate
risks and min. litigation.

13.? ? Get
the necessary document done for the ROW and support ROW issues when requested.

14.? ? Make
Land available for Met Mast Erection

15.? ? Develop
and nurture land team which can work independently and handover to projects as
per project need.
