At Sensient Technologies, we are experts in color and flavor. We are currently seeking a Quality Manager to join our Quality Department, who possesses the qualifications listed below, to work in our company that develops and produces natural extracts and food colorants.

What you’ll do:

  • Ensuring the implementation and continuity of the food safety management system, which is created according to food safety management system standards, legal regulations, and customer requirements, and carrying out and following up the required internal audits
  • Ensuring the documentation system is kept up to date, preparing or having new documents prepared, getting them approved, making revisions, reviewing documents, and removing outdated documents from the field
  • Ensuring customer complaints are answered, performing trend analysis, and leading improvement actions
  • Checking and approving the quality-related steps of the projects opened by the R&D team through DevEx, and following and approving the required processes in the JDE system
  • Carrying out defined observations, analyses, and controls regarding the establishment, development, performance monitoring, and improvement of quality and food safety management systems (BRCGS, IFS, FSSC 22000, ISO 22000, Halal, Kosher, etc.) and informing the responsible teams

    • What you’ll bring: 

  • Graduated from a Food Engineering department (preferably with a master’s degree)
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in a similar position within food production facilities
  • Proficiency in Quality Management and Quality Control Systems
  • Experienced in Microbiology and EU TR Food Regulations,& Possesses a good command of English
  • Team-oriented, with strong communication skills and the ability to think analytically and practically
  • Capable of leading a team, with strong coordination and planning skills
