Job Description

The Challenges

  • Manage the QHSE team to achieve control, monitoring and implementation of QHSE and contract governance align with company policies and procedures.

  • Develop, maintain and improve the business Integrated Management System to underpin QHSE and operating standards.

  • Support the training and development of all staff to ensure awareness and understanding of QHSE Standards and the relevance to business objectives.

  • Implement the Crisis Management Plan and Business Continuity Plans across Singapore and Malaysia; and provide accident and incident reporting and assist with subsequent investigation process when required.

  • Responsible for Companys QHSE processes and procedures to ensure the Company maintains its accreditations etc.
    Responsible for management of and liaison with QHSE auditors to acquire/maintain Company’s accreditations.
