Job Summary:

The Manager – Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for overall commercial, cost, and contractual management of building projects. The role requires strong experience in high-rise, commercial, residential, and industrial building projects, with the ability to lead quantity surveying functions from pre-contract to post-contract stages.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead and manage all quantity surveying and cost management activities for building projects.

2. Prepare, review, and control project budgets, cost plans, BOQs, and estimates.

3. Monitor project costs, cash flow forecasts, and financial reporting.
