Manager, RAA Solutions Quality Assurance and Governance

The **Manager, Solution Quality Assurance and Governance** will report to the Director, Risk Intelligence and Analytics in Global Risk Intelligence and Technology (GRIT) function, supporting Global Risk mission and vision. The role will be responsible for delivering a range of functional capabilities, including but not limited to performance optimization, testing of reporting and automated solutions, analytics, and troubleshooting of technical solutions (such as dashboards, apps and automated workflows). This also involves collaborating with development teams to implement enhancements, ensuring seamless user experience, and supporting the development and execution of strategic roadmaps for the function.
