OneNDF is a property-backed loan marketplace, working closely with Real Estate Developers, Ultra-HNI clients & family offices.

We specialize in structuring large-ticket, secured, and customized financing solutions for real estate projects and high-value clients.

Role Overview

We are looking for a senior relationship and deal-origination professional who can:

  • Build and manage tie-ups with real estate developers
  • Source and engage investors (HNIs, Ultra-HNIs, family offices, private investors) for developer projects
  • Drive sales and advisory conversations with Ultra-HNI clients
  • Act as a trusted face of OneNDF in high-value, relationship-led transactions

This role requires strong networking ability, commercial acumen, and credibility to operate in premium client environments.

Key Responsibilities: Developer & Project Tie-Ups

  • Build strategic relationships with real estate developers (residential, commercial, mixed-use projects)
  • Onboard developer projects for:
  • Structured debt
  • Investor funding
  • Bridge / construction finance

Investor & Capital Sourcing

  • Identify and onboard HNIs, Ultra-HNIs, private investors
  • Present curated developer projects to investors with:
  • Clear risk-return structures
  • Act as the bridge between developers and investors, ensuring smooth deal execution

Ultra-HNI Client Engagement & Sales

  • Engage directly with Ultra-HNI clients for:
  • Property-backed loans
  • Structured real estate financing
  • Large-ticket lending solutions
  • Manage high-touch, confidential client relationships
  • Drive end-to-end sales closure in coordination with internal teams

Deal Structuring & Execution Support

  • Work closely with:
  • Credit teams
  • Legal & documentation partners
  • Banking & NBFC partners
  • Support deal negotiations, term sheets, and closures
  • Ensure alignment between client expectations and lender/investor requirements

Candidate Profile Experience

  • 3-6+ years of experience in:
  • Real estate advisory
  • Developer sales
  • Private wealth / UHNI relationship management
  • Prior experience working with:
  • Real estate developers
  • Family offices / HNIs
  • Private investors or structured finance is highly preferred

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong relationship-building and networking skills
  • Proven ability to close high-value, long-cycle deals
  • Understanding of:
  • Real estate projects & cash flows
  • Debt vs equity structures
  • Investor expectations & risk frameworks
  • High credibility, discretion, and client-handling maturity
  • Excellent communication & negotiation skills
