To lead and grow the Ready Mix Concrete business, managing plant operations, quality control, sales coordination, logistics, and profitability, while ensuring consistent concrete quality and timely supplies to projects and external clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Overall responsibility for RMC plant operations, dispatch & logistics
• Ensure concrete production as per approved mix designs & IS standards
• Monitor cost per cum, raw material consumption & plant utilisation
• Plan daily dispatch schedules and coordinate with projects/customers
