To lead and grow the  Ready Mix Concrete business , managing  plant operations, quality control, sales coordination, logistics, and profitability , while ensuring consistent concrete quality and timely supplies to projects and external clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Overall responsibility for  RMC plant operations, dispatch & logistics
• Ensure concrete production as per  approved mix designs & IS standards
• Monitor  cost per cum, raw material consumption & plant utilisation
• Plan daily dispatch schedules and coordinate with projects/customers
