We are seeking a motivated, analytical, and social team player to oversee and manage real estate activities in Finland. Valmet has around 40 owned and leased locations with area of 300 000 sqm and 6600 employees in Finland. You will be part of newly established Valmet Corporate Risk Management & Real Estate team, which is part of Group Treasury and Risk Management function, located in Valmet Head office, in Espoo.
Your key tasks and responsibilities include:
Real estate management:
Coordination and active support in real estate management for all Valmet properties and offices (owned and/or leased) in Finland
Development of Valmet’s property and office portfolio in Finland
