Manager, Real Estate Portfolio Servicing

What is the opportunity?

You will provide direct analysis and support for the ongoing initiatives of the Real Estate Portfolio Servicing Team. You will be responsible for the maintenance and monitoring of various databases, market research, detailed loan monitoring and summary reconciliations, and third party investor reporting. In this role, you will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, collect borrower documentation required for underwriting and complete the annual review process and associated changes. A key responsibility includes travel completing commercial property inspections and follow up reporting across Canada.
