The Home Care Manager collaborates with other leaders and departments to ensure clients receive high quality care in a safe, competent and ethical manner. The Home Care Manager is the liaison with zonal departments, contracted partners, external organizations and communities in order to coordinate and integrate client programs and services within the home care setting. The Manager provides leadership to the site in keeping with ALA policies and procedures. The position ensures continuity of day-to-day operations of the department.
