Position Overview:

Manager - Regional Network Planner (Surface Network Optimization) is responsible for planning, optimizing, and governing the regional surface transportation network. The role focuses on improving shipment flow across first-mile, middle-mile, and last-mile movements, ensuring TAT adherence, cost optimization, and service reliability.

This role owns regional surface network design and execution while aligning with national network strategy and optimization frameworks. Job Purpose:
