Manager, Regional Operations
First Nations Health Authority is a transformational organization committed to improving health outcomes for BC First Nations.
Title: Manager, Regional Operations – Location: Park Royal Office, West Vancouver (ancestral Coast Salish Territories). Contract: Permanent – Hours: 37.5 per week (core 9 am–3 pm Mon‑Fri). Salary: $88,948 – $104,644 – $120,341 per year.
About the Role
As Manager of Regional Operations, you will provide leadership and corporate/administrative expertise to the Vice President, Regional Operations and the Regional Team. Key responsibilities include:
- Overseeing office management, communications, finance, event planning, contract and fleet management, accommodations, and administrative services.
- Ensuring alignment with FNHA policies and protocols.
- Collaborating with other regions, central services, communities, and health system partners, particularly Regional Health Authorities.
- Leading and supervising a multi‑disciplinary staff team, maintaining service standards, and identifying improvement opportunities.
- Partnering with center‑led teams to refine processes where possible.
About You
Qualifications and experience required:
- University degree relevant to the role or an acceptable combination of education, training, and experience.
- Recent, significant leadership experience (typically over 8 years).
- Experience working with First Nations communities or politically active organizations.
- Experience providing senior‑level administrative services and leading a multi‑disciplinary team.
- Track record of monitoring service reports, performance metrics, and driving improvement initiatives.
