Job Description

We're looking for a Manager – Regional Sales to lead brand partnerships, unlock regional opportunities, and drive revenue through influencer-powered solutions. If you enjoy working with brands, creators, and cross-functional teams in a high-growth environment—and are passionate about digital and influencer-led sales—this could be your next big move. Tamil language proficiency is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop annual and quarterly strategic account plans per regional brand, with clear revenue, margin, and penetration targets by category and campaign type
  • Identify, build, and pitch scalable influencer 'packages' (e.g., cross‑platform creator bundles, category solutions, seasonal IPs) mapped to brand/category growth priorities.
