**General Responsibilities:**
Oversee inspection and testing on large, complex and diverse highway/bridge projects requiring expertise and knowledge in multiple areas of construction inspection and oversee the work of other testing and inspection personnel, including various scope leaders. Coordinate quality through proactive communications with the Owner and Contractor.

+ Performs testing, observation, and inspection as directed in accordance with training and the specified procedures to determine if work is done according to contract specifications.
