About Grid Zero
Grid Zero is a fast-growing Solar EPC startup dedicated to accelerating the adoption of clean energy in the residential sector. We specialize in high-quality Residential Rooftop Solar installations. We are seeking a hands-on manager who can lead projects from the initial client meeting to final commissioning and net metering.
Key Responsibilities:
Residential Project Management: Oversee the end-to-end execution of residential rooftop solar projects (typically 3k W to 20k W+), ensuring speed and quality.
Design & Engineering: Create accurate shadow analysis and system designs using Auto CAD and Helioscope to maximize generation for homeowners.
Government Liaisoning: Handle the entire Net Metering process. You will be the primary point of contact for DISCOM approvals, feasibility checks, and subsidy documentation (PM Surya Ghar).
Procurement & Vendor Management: Source high-quality solar modules, inverters, and BOS components; negotiate pricing w...
