Job Summary
The Retail Facilities Manager is responsible for recurring and demand maintenance as well as programmatic work for a portfolio of stores, ensuring stores are safe and well maintained while meeting cost, quality, and schedule targets. Responsible for diagnosing and resolving challenging store maintenance issues. Adheres to Store Maintenance Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) including travel to each Region at least 4x/year to evaluate condition of assets and ensure that store is maintained to brand standards. Manages and influences 3rd party maintenance service provider relationships. Uses exceptional customer service skills to educate, build trust and create partnerships with store leadership, brand field leadership, vendor staff and leadership, brand HQ teams, business partners, peers and department leadership.
