Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Manager - Retail Media Management, based in the Gurgaon. The responsibilities include managing day-to-day e Commerce and shopper marketing initiatives, analyzing data to enhance online retail performance, and contributing to strategic decision-making. The individual will work closely with internal teams and global clients to develop impactful e-marketplace campaigns, optimize sales performance, and maximize return on investment on ecomm/ qcomm platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Swiggy, Zepto, Myntra, Nykaa etc.
Requirements.
- Retail Media Expert, Performance Marketing Experience, Planning and Executing Category Growth on digital channels.
- Strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, generate insights, and drive e Commerce decision-making
- Proven expertise in E-Commerce management and Sales strategies
- Proficiency in Marketing techniques, including shopper marketing strategies and digital campaign optimization
- Excellent Communication skills for client interactions, team collaboration, and stakeholder engagement
- Ability to work in fast-paced, data-driven environments and deliver impactful results
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field preferred
- Team Player and Team Manager.
