Job Title Manager – Retailing Platform (Revenue & Seller Growth)
Location Factori.com Headquarters, Bannerughatta, Bengaluru
Compensation Up to ₹10,00,000 per annum (CTC)

Role Overview The Manager – Retailing Platform (Revenue & Seller Growth) will own end-to-end revenue for Factori.com’s retailing platform.
This role is responsible for:
Converting marketing-generated registrations into paid platform subscribers , and
Driving ongoing procurement revenue by enabling retailers to actively sell through the platform
The role involves building and leading a 8–10 member inside sales & seller growth team , ensuring sellers not only launch their e-commerce stores , but also generate consistent sales and procurement volume through Factori.com.
This is a player + coach role , with direct involvement in calls, demos, webinars, seller activation, and revenue reviews.
