Manager, Risk Identification

Overview

What is the Opportunity? The Manager, Risk Identification is responsible for the hands-on execution of risk identification, assessment, and control processes. The manager supports the development and maintenance of risk and control frameworks, performs detailed risk analyses, and prepares documentation and reports for senior stakeholders. This role will facilitate RCSA workshops, supports training initiatives, and ensures compliance with internal and external requirements. Primary responsibilities include:

• Risk and Control Methodology Execution (45%)
• Analysis and Review of Non-Financial Risks (NFRs) (35%)
• Training Development (20%)
