Eligibility:
β Education: Bachelorβs degree in Business, Management, or related field (MBA preferred).
β Experience: 3-6 years in category management, business strategy, or similar roles.
β Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
β Self-driven with a patient-first mindset and a results-oriented approach.
Job Responsibilities:
β Develop and execute category growth strategies to enhance patient acquisition and retention.
β Track key performance indicators (KPIs) like revenue, profitability, and patient satisfaction.
β Conduct market research to identify trends and competitive insights.
β Collaborate with product and tech teams to streamline service delivery.
β Ensure high patient satisfaction by addressing feedback and resolving escalations.
β Work closely with marketing, operations, and finance teams to meet business goals.
