Job Description

Tipalti is seeking an experienced and dynamic Manager of Sales Development (SDR) to join our growing team in Toronto. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in leading, coaching, and scaling a team of 7 outbound SDRs, responsible for driving pipeline growth and uncovering opportunities for our sales team. In this role, you will hire, onboard, and mentor SDRs, equipping them with the skills and tools needed to become experts at outbound prospecting. You will be instrumental in setting weekly, monthly, and quarterly pipeline goals, providing day-to-day coaching, call coaching sessions, and professional development through team and 1:1 meetings. As the SDR Manager, you will collaborate closely with the field sales team and various stakeholders to implement pipeline-building strategies, establish best practices, and manage sales tools, including Salesforce, Outreach, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
