Manager - Sales

Role Overview:

• The Manager – Sales is responsible for driving order intake and revenue growth for insulator products (Silicone Composite Polymer Insulators Long Rod, Bus Post Insulator, Post Insulator) and solutions across utilities, EPCs, and industrial customers.
• New business / market development for Station Post Polymer Insulators.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies across product types

• Manage Central utility/Transcos, Renewable companies, EPC’s, and consultants

• Track enquiries and prepare techno-commercial proposals

• Coordinate with engineering for technical clarifications

• Achieve annual sales and order booking targets

• Build long-term customer and partner relationships

• Analyze market trends, competitors, and pricing dynamics

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• B.Tech / B.E. in Electrical Engineering preferred
