What You'll Do
What you'll do:
Sales for 3 Phase UPS in assigned teritory and in addition to focus on all electrical products as One Eaton policy. The primary function is to implement the go to market strategy for the business, drive key customer relationships, key customer negotiations and channel engagement activities to achieve sales, market share goals.
Overall responsibility for single phase service delivery and technical support for Hyderabad.
Overall responsibility for three phase UPS.
Working closely with sales management team for spares planning and distribution.
Customer handling & customer satisfaction - explanation of root cause analysis, assurance to customers regarding products & serv.
Be responsible for customer satisfaction.
Drive and enforce Eaton policies. Act appropriately to ensure that employees are treated fairly; guide discipline/performance management process as necessary.
Providing technical support to all the three phase team.
