Define projects that will optimize key accounts' performance, and ensure their engagement and satisfaction.
Conduct regular business reviews so that Key Accounts have full visibility of their performance across the country.
Collaborating in the execution of regional campaigns that both impact branding and sales performance.
Creating weekly/monthly performance reports, to track and execut KPIs and SOPs to measure team’s performance.
