  • Monitor and analyze sales performance that is KPI driven. 

  • Ensuring SOP compliance by the sales team and optimizing SOP based on practical learnings from sales, logistics, finance, and training.

  • Define projects that will optimize key accounts' performance, and ensure their engagement and satisfaction.

  •  Conduct regular business reviews so that Key Accounts have full visibility of their performance across the country.

  • Collaborating in the execution of regional campaigns that both impact branding and sales performance. 

  • Creating weekly/monthly performance reports, to track and execut KPIs and SOPs to measure team’s performance.
