Job Summary
Manage key global and regional accounts, drive growth, and build strong executive
relationships while ensuring excellent service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and direct the optimization of business volume and profitability for one of Regional key account portfolio segment.
Drive continuous growth in sales efficiency and ensure the achievement of all KPIs for TEUs and contribution margin.
Direct the development of negotiation strategies and manage global tenders to maximize returns across multiple trade lanes and contributions.
Manage high-level collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to govern and enhance the overall customer experience.
Actively promote e-commerce and digital solutions to align with ONE's digitalization strategies.
Develop a customer segmentation strategy and maintain quality account business information in CRM for analytics on business KPIs.
Assist in any other assigned duties.
