Manager - SCM (Solar Cell)

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end procurement for both CAPEX and OPEX requirements, ensuring alignment with cost, quality, and delivery objectives across all projects.


• Develop and manage a robust global supplier base for project and capital equipment needs.


• Evaluate and onboard low-cost, high-quality vendors globally, enhancing competitiveness and supply chain resilience.


• Negotiate effectively with suppliers to achieve cost savings while maintaining long-term strategic relationships and ensuring timely deliveries.


• Conduct ROI benchmarking of suppliers, especially for solar manufacturing equipment.


• Oversee annual supplier performance evaluations and initiate corrective actions as needed to ensure reliability and quality compliance.


• Formulate and implement procurement strategies, SOPs, and governance controls in line with business goals and project milestones.


• Drive digitization, process standardization, and ensure full compliance with corporate procurement policies.


• Collaborate closely with engineering, project execution, plant, and finance teams to align supply chain execution with project schedules and budgets.


• Ensure timely invoice processing, service delivery issue resolution, and full-cycle supplier relationship management.


• Uphold company values of integrity, transparency, and operational excellence in every supplier engagement and internal collaboration.
