Manager Scrum Delivery Lead

Description

The Manager Scrum Delivery Lead role is primarily responsible for enabling Scrum Master excellence by ensuring the appropriate capable talent and optimization of SAFe and Scrum processes and practice. This individual will be leading Scrum Masters within a Portfolio to drive value by aligning people, process and tools to maintain a cohesive SM practice within the Portfolio.

Areas of Responsibility:

• Talent Enablement – Manage Scrum Master team members to ensure talent needs of pods and product teams are met.
• Acts as direct line manager enabling a group of up to 12 Scrum Masters working in coordination with Pod members to deliver value to customers.
• Foster a healthy team culture that supports humility, respect and trust within and across the teams.
• Build psychological safety, encourage the team to take risks to innovate, fail fast and learn iteratively.
