Location & Count*: Bhubaneshwar (1)

Education*: B.E./B-Tech in Computer Science/Electronics/IT/Electrical Engineering/ MCA/MBA.

Certification*: CISA/CISM/CISSP & ITIL/PMP

Experience*: Total experience of 10 plus years out of which minimum 8 years of experience in handling security related products & services in an organization of repute. Minimum experience of 3  years as L3.

Technology (OEM)*:  Excellent knowledge about the products and services of (F5,Palo Alto, Checkpoint, NetScout)

Skills:  Network Security, Cyber Security, Load Balancing, WAF & SSLO.

Job summary

The Security Operations Manager will be responsible for leading and coordinating all aspects of the organization's security operations at a specific client location. This includes managing and mentoring a team of security professionals, overseeing day-to-day security monitoring, and ensuring a robust and compliant security posture. The ideal candidate is an experienced, proactive leader with a strong technical background in cybersecurity, incident response, and strategic risk management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversight of daily service operations Lead incident response, including deep-dive analysis, triage, and investigation of complex security incidents and breaches.
  • Experience leading and coordinating the response to critical security incidents, including managing communications and minimizing impact under pressure.
  • In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks demonstrated experience managing SOC teams.
  • Team management and performance tracking, Incident and SLA management, Process improvement and resource allocation.
  • Shall develop complete know how of cyber architecture posture of the Bank. Recommendation for Configuration in line with business requirement and industry standard.
  • Risk assessment and finalizing the best possible optimum cyber security architecture design for new Cyber Security Solutions and solutions which are to be upgraded as per scope of this RFP at DC/DR other locations and reviewing of the same.
  • Aligning the team for DR Drill, Cyber Drill or any other planned/unplanned activities.
  • Track Hardware AMC Renewal Dates & Validation.
  • Candidate shall have adequate knowledge of Firewall, NIPS, WAF, Anti-DDoS and other security devices/solutions.
  • Overall knowledge/experience of Architectural Design and Best practices on Network and Cyber Security.
  • Excellent Team Management, co-ordination and communication skills. Co-ordinate with company to get HR details like BGV, EPF Challans, etc
  • Experience in managing the full lifecycle of security products, from vendor management and procurement to implementation, maintenance, and upgrades.
  • Ensure that FM resources are deployed properly and all shifts have adequate resources.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of an organization.
    • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, capable of making critical decisions under pressure.
