Primary Role:

Odessa is seeking an experienced and dynamic Demand Generation Director to join our team and drive our digital marketing initiatives.
What you'll do:
  • Develop and implement demand generation strategies and campaigns
  • Develop and execute comprehensive demand generation campaigns on LinkedIn, Google Search, and other relevant platforms to drive qualified leads and increase brand awareness.
  • Implement and manage ABM strategies to target and engage key accounts, fostering deeper relationships and driving higher ROI.
  • Manage, allocate and forecast demand generation budget effectively to maximize ROI and ensure optimal performance across all campaigns.
  • Continuously monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance to improve key metrics such as CTR, conversion rates, and cost per lead.
  • Oversee all SEM-related activities, including keyword research, ad copy creation, bid management, and A/B testing to enhance search engine visibility and lead acquisition.
  • Oversee the management and optimization of digital assets, ensuring consistent branding and messaging across all channels.
  • Utilize analytics tools to track and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product marketing, and content teams, to align demand generation efforts with overall business goals.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging digital marketing strategies to ensure our campaigns are innovative and effective.
  • Knowledge of marketing automation tools like Google Analytics and tools like Pardot, Outreach and Salesforce.

  • Job Requirement
  • 7-10 years of experience in demand generation, SEM, and digital marketing, preferably in a B2B software environment with longer sales cycles.
  • Proficiency in LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and other relevant marketing platforms and tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; advanced degree or certifications in digital marketing is a plus.
