Primary Role:
Odessa is seeking an experienced and dynamic Demand Generation Director to join our team and drive our digital marketing initiatives.
What you'll do: Develop and implement demand generation strategies and campaigns Develop and execute comprehensive demand generation campaigns on LinkedIn, Google Search, and other relevant platforms to drive qualified leads and increase brand awareness. Implement and manage ABM strategies to target and engage key accounts, fostering deeper relationships and driving higher ROI. Manage, allocate and forecast demand generation budget effectively to maximize ROI and ensure optimal performance across all campaigns. Continuously monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance to improve key metrics such as CTR, conversion rates, and cost per lead. Oversee all SEM-related activities, including keyword research, ad copy creation, bid management, and A/B testing to enhance search engine visibility and lead acquisition. Oversee the management and optimization of digital assets, ensuring consistent branding and messaging across all channels. Utilize analytics tools to track and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product marketing, and content teams, to align demand generation efforts with overall business goals. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging digital marketing strategies to ensure our campaigns are innovative and effective. Knowledge of marketing automation tools like Google Analytics and tools like Pardot, Outreach and Salesforce. 7-10 years of experience in demand generation, SEM, and digital marketing, preferably in a B2B software environment with longer sales cycles. Proficiency in LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and other relevant marketing platforms and tools. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; advanced degree or certifications in digital marketing is a plus.
