Role Designation: Manager/Senior Manager Department: Sales PCG Wealth Function: Private Client Group (PCG) Company: Motilal Oswal Financial Services Ltd Reporting to: Group Leader-PCG Wealth Location: Mumbai Job Purpose To acquire, manage, and grow relationships with high-net-worth (HNI/Ultra-HNI) clients under the Private Client Group. The role focuses on delivering personalized wealth management solutions, deepening wallet share, and ensuring a superior client experience with complete compliance and portfolio performance. Key Deliverables HNI/UHNI Client Acquisition: Identify prospective clients, convert high-value leads, and expand the PCG portfolio through strategic sourcing. Relationship Management: Build strong, long-term relationships with premium clients through continuous engagement and exceptional service delivery. Investment Advisory: Offer well-researched, customized financial planning across Mutual Funds, PMS, AIF, Bonds, Insurance, and Alternate Investment products. Portfolio Reviews: Conduct periodic portfolio performance assessments, risk profiling updates, and strategic reallocations based on market trends. AUM Growth & Cross-Sell: Drive asset growth, revenue generation, and penetration of wealth solutions to maximize wallet share. Client Onboarding & Documentation: Ensure seamless onboarding, complete KYC compliance, and accurate documentation in line with regulatory norms. Market Intelligence: Stay informed of market movements, product changes, and economic developments to deliver proactive insights to clients. Internal Collaboration: Work with Research, Investment Product, Operations, and Customer Support teams to ensure best-in-class advisory and service. Risk & Compliance: Maintain strict adherence to SEBI/RBI/IRDA guidelines, internal audit norms, and risk management frameworks. Client Retention: Execute retention strategies through superior service, timely query resolution, and consistent engagement. Role Requirements Education: Postgraduate degree in Finance or related fields. Experience: o 5+ years of experience in Wealth Management / PCG / HNI Sales roles within BFSI. Skills & Competencies: o Strong product knowledge across Mutual Funds, PMS, AIF, Bonds, Equity, Insurance, and Alternate Investments. o Proven track record in HNI client acquisition and managed asset growth. o Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills. o Certifications such as NISM, CFP, or similar are an added advantage.
