Overview

What you will do: Cineplex Entertainment, headquartered in Toronto, Ontario, is currently recruiting for the position of Restaurant/Amusement Service Manager – The Rec Room Deerfoot. This position will be based at The Rec Room Deerfoot located at th Ave. NE in Calgary, AB. The Service Manager (SM) shall work to ensure The Rec Room policies, procedures and standards are being followed and adhered to in all guest facing and culinary areas within their Rec Room location. The SM will support the Senior Service Manager (SSM) directly with the location's accountability for the guest experience and profit and loss performance of the venue against budget.
