Responsibilities

  • Hire, train, and manage spa staff, including therapists, receptionists, and maintenance workers, to ensure high-quality service
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing client needs and promptly resolving any issues
  • Develop and manage the spa's budget, including setting financial goals, monitoring expenditures, and implementing plans to increase profitability
  • Create and execute marketing and promotional strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones. This effort may involve social media marketing, special packages, and partnerships
  • Manage the spa supplies, products, and equipment inventory, maintain adequate stock levels, and order new supplies as necessary
