Job Responsibilities

  • Supervise and manage site activities to ensure timely project execution
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, and clients
  • Prepare site reports, inspection requests, and method statements
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards
  • Monitor progress and handle site issues effectively

Requirements

  • Degree/Diploma in accounts or arts and science
  • Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in construction projects (fresh grads may apply)
  • Good knowledge of structural and architectural drawings
  • Familiar with local codes and site procedures
  • Able to work independently and lead a team
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Working Hours: Monday to Saturday

Salary: $4200
