Senior Engineering Manager, Application Support for Ford Pro Insure will
- Provide technical leadership to solve problems and remove blockers for the teams.
- Lead the Application Management, support and quality functions for customer facing digital products and platform services in production.
- Collaborate with development and business technology leaders to restore service during outages, identify mitigation strategies and plan critical maintenance with the goals to maximize uptime and productivity for Commercial customers
- Work closely with other stakeholders & teams across Ford Credit.
This position reports to Director of NA Engineering
