Purpose & Scope

Reporting to the Department Head, Asset Performance – Solar & BESS, the Solar Asset Performance Manager is accountable for driving performance excellence across Sembcorp’s global Solar PV portfolio. This role plays a critical part in ensuring high-performing, reliable, and optimized solar assets by leading asset monitoring, conducting in-depth performance and reliability analysis, and championing the standardization and compliance of asset performance practices across Markets.
