As Waystar continues to grow rapidly, we are seeking a talented and dedicated Manager, PMO to lead our Project Management Team. This role is critical to driving successful implementations of our offerings with customers. The ideal candidate is a tech-savvy, resourceful leader who can build strong relationships across all levels of an organization—from executives to end-users—while ensuring operational excellence.

+ Lead and manage the Waystar Project Management Team, providing resources, tools, and standardized processes for success.
+ Forecast, plan, report, and manage the team’s portfolio of projects to ensure accurate and timely revenue projections.
