Overview Job Description
As the Manager – Solution Engineering at Inception, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the technical and commercial worlds. Reporting to the Senior Director – Solution Engineering, you will lead the hands-on design and articulation of enterprise AI solutions that align with customer goals and Inception’s technology capabilities. You’ll work across pre-sales, architecture, and product teams to ensure our AI offerings are tailored, scalable, and impactful for clients across industries.

This role is ideal for a solution-oriented transformative leader who thrives on complex challenges, technical storytelling, and helping customers realize the value of cutting-edge AI platforms. You will guide the development of repeatable solution, support customer engagement efforts, work with product managers to define product roadmap, and play a key role in growing the solution engineering function.
