Summary
The Manager Solutions Design supports the growth of Ryder’s Supply Chain offerings by helping to win new business through customer engagement, solution design, and proposal development.
Responsibilities
As a key member of the pursuit team, you will:
Demonstrate an understanding of the customer’s business and design content that illustrates financial value.
Help shape win plans consistent with our solution design and support the pursuit team in crafting compelling proposals and presentations.
Manage the Solutions Design process, holding internal and external SMEs accountable to project expectations and timelines.
Create content aligned with Ryder’s operational and technical capabilities.
Write and deliver presentations that influence the customer’s decision to select Ryder.
